IH-35E Corridor Vision Study
Public Hearing: Voice your opinion on this important study!
The IH-35E Corridor vision study will guide development, and public infrastuctre investments within the IH-35E corridor for the next 20 years, including land uses (such as industrial, office, commercial, and residential), and the public realm. Analysis and public consultation has provided information necessary for the consultant team, led by Interface Studio to develop the Draft IH-35E Corridor Vision Study.
The public is invited to speak, or provide written comment in support or against the Draft IH-35E Corridor Vision Study at the upcoming Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council public hearings. For more information please see below:

Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing:
On Monday January 11, 2021 the Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the IH-35E Corridor Vision Study.
The study will carry through to early 2021, when it will go forward to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council for adoption.
***Staff will reassess the proposed timelines on a regular basis and further modifications may be necessary based on the progression of the coronavirus. ***
