Flow through a variety of exercises intended to increase muscle strength, range of movement and functional fitness to enhance your daily activities. The goal of this class is to help increase your body balance, core strength, flexibility and to ease the natural breath. The techniques used will include stretches, light to moderate cardio work, body balancing exercises, and pranayama (controlled breathing). All exercises can be modified to suit the ability of your body.
