In March 2019, the Parks and Recreation Department put out a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the design and installation of a Park at the current Library location along Rawhide Creek. To qualify, submitting firms needed to stay within the $3 million budget.
There were 5 qualified submittals. The visuals below are conceptual and meant to provide an understanding of each firms style and capabilities. Should the Library Bond pass, the City would only then take the next step in the RFQ process which would be interviewing the fims, selecting a firm and then working with residents to develop a master park plan for the space.
