Make an ecopression on your garden, community and Earth. Come see what the Community Garden is all about as you harvest a salad for your family and MetroCrest food pantry. Learn how dirt makes your lunch, the 'Legend of Three Sisters' and 'King Cotton'

MetroCrest Harvesting
From 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. garden guests will join Community Gardeners to harvest produce for the MetroCrest food bank.

Family Salad Harvest
Pick greens and radishes for your own table.

Composting Demo
Learn how to compost from the Community Gardeners

Planting for Pollinators 
Plant zinnia and sunflower seeds along the orchard perimeter to encourage pollinators.

Garden Art
Paint a rock, plant marker or create your own unique garden art
