Junked & Inoperable Vehicles
Inoperable vehicles detract from neighborhood appearance and are considered a nuisance. Inoperable vehicles may not be parked or stored out in the open.  A vehicle that does not have a valid license registration, valid inspection sticker, is wrecked, dismantled or partially dismantled, has one or more flat tires, or any combination of the above is considered an inoperable vehicle.  An inoperable vehicle may be stored in an enclosed garage.

A vehicle that is allowed to remain inoperable for more than 45 days may be considered a junked vehicle and subject to being removed and destroyed.
