English classes are offered twice a week to anyone who wants to come. Lessons are week to week so continual attendance is not required. All skill levels are welcome.

For the duration of the Tour de France (July 7-29), participants will track their miles for a chance to be crowned "Top Cyclist" and qualify for a variety of prizes! Eligible miles can be earned during leisurely rides with the family, competitive cycling events, the Flex Fitness Indoor Cycling classes at the Community Recreation Center, or during cardio workouts at the Recreation or Senior Center.
All you need is a way to track your cycling miles (fitness watch or app tracker), present those miles to the fitness staff and we will track your progress for you.
