City hall

FBTX ~ Following extensive discussion on proposed changes to trash collection, residents should note that there will not be an action item on the agenda, pertaining to trash collection, on November 6.

The Mayor and City Council will continue to study and discuss the service with a focus on maintaining quality services and clean neighborhoods for residents. Council will also continue to review options to prudently extend the life of the City-owned Camelot Landfill.

City Manager Charles Cox is also recommending the continuation of a Public Hearing for a proposed senior housing project across from the Manske Library be tabled until a future date.

The City Council will meet in regular session at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6. LIVE coverage on FBTV begins with Study Session at 3 p.m.
