FBTX ~ The Farmers Branch Market returns with its popular twilight schedule for 2019 with its first market of the season on Saturday, May 4, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at The Grove @ Mustang Crossing.
In addition to a new awning covering the stage, organizers say there are a number of new vendors this year in this makers market, offering a variety of product, including eggs, beef, chicken, pork, produce, cheese, milk, and ice cream, along with unique handcrafted arts and gifts.
Every first Saturday features a Summer Concert Series with live music, food trucks and bounce houses. The season opener on Saturday includes music from DFW's premier Beatles tribute band, "Hard Night's Day." Concessions include Nuevo Leon, Chicago Taste N More and Berkshire Farms.
The Farmers Branch Market will be open every Saturday through September from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. The Grove @ Mustang Crossing is located near the Farmers Branch DART Station, corner of Denton Drive at Bill Moses Parkway (across the street from the Childrens' Health StarCenter). Information about this weekend's opening as well as other special events scheduled for this season can be found on the market's website.
