Community Watch Functions

The Community Watch Committee is made up of a committee of Farmers Branch residents appointed by the City Council with the purpose of assisting in organizing and maintaining Community Watch neighborhoods including:
  • Communicating with the City Council and staff concerning Community Watch activities and plans

  • Organizing new Community Watch Neighborhoods
  • Keeping current with the activities of individual neighborhood Community Watch programs in Farmers Branch and other cities
  • Education of residents on residential property codes and working with City officials to seek compliance on code violations

Community Involvement
