Water Billing


The Utility Billing/Customer Service division falls under the umbrella of the Finance Department. They provide a variety of services that include but are not limited to:

  • Water Account Billing Questions
  • New Water Account Setup
  • Collection of Hotel/Motel Tax
  • Collection of ambulance bill payments
  • Issue Toll Tags - New Accounts set up at Customer Service Window Only

Water Service Emergencies


To report water leaks, sewer backups, or other water emergencies, call 972.919.2597. Our After hours call service will notify the on-call personnel.
